- Not only are we going to do the normal cleanup but also some new
insulation and some type of paneling in the main lodge.

Buffet Banquet Menu: Prime Rib of Beef, Fresh Salmon in a Peach Glaze served with Fresh Baked Rolls, Served Salads, Steamed Vegetables, Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf and non-alcoholic Beverages including dessert!
