WPSC Ski Rally

The WPSC Ski Rally (hosted by Westmoreland and Johnstown Ski Clubs) is scheduled for Sunday 1/26.

The event is a basically a scavenger hunt on the mountain where clues are provided to “find” the next location. There is a time limit to complete the course. This is a really fun event in which anyone can participate. There will be pizza party with prizes held at the Matterhorn after the event. Registration will be on the day of the event.

WSC and Johnstown members are asked to volunteer to assist with the registration and manning the mountain.

We URGENTLY need as many people as possible to assist in this event! This is a big publicity opportunity for our club, and it’s important that everyone pitches in to help. We need firm commitments—what we want to avoid is having people say they will help “maybe”. We
need to count on you that you’ll do your part and show up when we need you!!

PLEASE support the club and volunteer!!

Please contact the appropriate person below and plan to be at Seven Springs from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26th. If possible, please come to the January 8th club meeting to discuss the rally and specifically what you can do to help. As a volunteer, I can offer you:

• A FREE lift ticket if you work as a clue giver (need 8-10 people)
• NEW THIS YEAR!! We can sell lift tickets at GROUP RATE at the registration booth. If you are not a clue giver who gets a free ticket, we can at least offer you a group rate ticket valid on Sunday.
