WSC General Membership Meeting

January 12, 2022 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
The Boulevard in Greensburg and via Zoom
900 Towne Square Dr
PA 15601

WSC will hold the January 12th general meeting as both an in-person meeting at The Boulevard in Greensburg and via Zoom.  Please note that the venue has changed due to the Delmont Boulevard location having closed.  This will be a hybrid meeting, so those of you joining the meeting virtually, please be patient with us.

The meeting officially begins at 7:00 pm; however, many arrive earlier for tasty food and/or drink from the Boulevard’s masterful kitchen – that time allows for a chance to visit with other members and catch up on the upcoming activities.

For those of you that are Zooming in, most of you are probably familiar with the process by now. If you are not, here are a few Zoom related instructions.

  1. You must have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device to join a meeting. If you don’t, you will be prompted to download the app when you attempt to join. No sign ups required.
  2. You will receive an email from WSC-Blast on the day of the meeting which will invite you and provide the link to join. It’s that simple, download the app, click on the link and you will be in the meeting. You must allow video to be seen and audio to be heard.

This month’s program will be “A Tour of Iceland” presented by WSC members, Jon Lewis and Tommy Maher.  Questions will be welcomed!

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT OUR NEW MEETING LOCATION IS AT THE GREENSBURG BOULEVARD RESTAURANT located at 900 Towne Square Drive. Food and drink service is provided in our private banquet room, so you can plan to come early to eat before the meeting begins at 7:00. Hope you will join us for this very special program.

PLEASE NOTE!! The following Covid-related protocol are to be followed at upcoming WSC meetings and events. Due to the continuing threat and effects of the Delta variant, WEARING OF MASKS IS NOW REQUIRED AT ALL MEETINGS, regardless of the member’s vaccination status. We believe an abundance of caution is still needed to keep everyone safe. The meetings will also be available via Zoom format. Anyone who is not able or willing to wear a mask at the meetings is encouraged to join us via Zoom. All the necessary details and links will be available before the meeting. Thank you for your patience and efforts to protect others. We will keep you informed of any changes and updates in procedures.

Hope to “see” you all there.
