Each season, the club offers a week-long western trip to a major ski resort. (And, of course, club members always organize small groups during the ski season to ski together at some of the local ski resorts) The club is open to people joining in order travel on trips. We offer competitive prices and receive group rates with unbeatable discount prices!  During the past several years, the club has taken ski trips to Aspen, Big Sky, Telluride, Banff / Lake Louise, Steamboat, and Park City just to name a few.

Westmoreland Ski Club is headed to Crested Butte

Crested Butte is solitarily and dramatically beautiful, towering above the western Victorian town that lies peacefully a mile from the base. The town has a nickname of the Wildflower Capital of Colorado and a motto of “A National Historic District” boasting the largest concentration of Victorian building in all of Colorado. Crested Butte “the last great ski town” is uncrowded with a local population is only about 1,490 people. Crested Butte offers excellent skiing, and the town offers an atmosphere that is intimate and unpretentious; so, although all-in-all it may be smaller than most resorts, what it offers in a quality ski vacation more than makes up for any perceived lack in quantity. As noted in a previous email, Crested Butte is part of the Epic Pass.
