Remember, our new location for WSC’s general meetings is Abruzzi Italian Cucina 9745 Rte. 30, Irwin 1-1/2 miles West of Irwin exit of PA Turnpike.

Come and check it out at the November 9 General Membership Meeting at 7 pm or join us for dinner any time after 6:00!

Program

The November 9th program will highlight the building of the WSC lodge as members celebrate that accomplishment … quite interestingly, the official ribbon cutting was held exactly 60 years ago this month on November 25.

There will be a viewing of images showing the step-by-step labor of love that culminated in the building we have come to know and appreciate. Those in attendance will be privileged to hear first-hand from some of the original members involved in that building effort back in 1962 as they make comments and recollections recounting those times.

Be sure to attend this once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate the founders of the ski club and view some of the dedicated and determined crew that set the stage for our modem day skiing comfort and enjoyment!
